What We Created For The Campaign
Our task was to provide clear communication and user experience to ensure participants return beyond the initial sign up. We motivated retailer participation with aspirational and attainable rewards including a points tally so participants could track their progress.
We created an online trade environment that engaged with sales staff and incentivized them for interaction with the site whilst at work. The website supplied product specific modules and quizzes to educate staff and ensure the information was retained. The portal was exclusive to retailers with the flexibility to adapt the style guide.
