The Brief

Why Nikon Came To Us

To recreate the current trade program into a highly engaged retail trade e-learning portal. We reviewed existing customization costs for each retailer and found a better way to satisfy both retailers whilst keeping costs to a minimum.

What We Created For The Campaign

Strategy:

Our task was to provide clear communication and user experience to ensure participants return beyond the initial sign up. We motivated retailer participation with aspirational and attainable rewards including a points tally so participants could track their progress.

We created an online trade environment that engaged with sales staff and incentivized them for interaction with the site whilst at work. The website supplied product specific modules and quizzes to educate staff and ensure the information was retained. The portal was exclusive to retailers with the flexibility to adapt the style guide.

We had 546 stores register with a total of 77% active members, far surpassing all expectations.
